A new study in the Journal of Dairy Science again shows the positive effect of our active ingredient on calcium absorption in the rumen of ruminants. In this ex vivo study, the dose-dependent effect of the active ingredient, which was fed to sheep over a period of 4 weeks, was investigated. The net calcium absorption in the rumen increased in a quadratic manner due to the supplementation of the active ingredient. Intestinal calcium absorption does not appear to be directly affected by feeding the active ingredient.
